Small Group


Our Spar Strength classes are designed to fully round out your training regimen. Each class is composed of functional movements, strength training and quality training techniques. Each class is made up of 6 members and 1 qualified coach.


Our Spar Fit classes are the staple of what we do. Composed of no more than six members, you will fine tune your boxing technique. Each workout is designed strictly to the groups fitness level, so you always feel like your in a personal one-on-one workout.

SPAR 30 (Advanced)

Our Spar Hard class is designed for our seasoned members who are ready to step it up a notch. Composed of no more than four members, you will be put through a highly fast paced 30 minute nonstop workout. Each workout is designed to feel like a boxing match for 10 rounds.


We believe taking that first step is always the hardest. In our SPAR101 session you get to slow down and learn the basics of boxing. Our coaches focus on perfecting your technique and throwing punches correctly. Soon after you’ll have the confidence to Spar with the best.



In a personalized program just for you. The coach of your choice will design a regimen based upon your needs, wants, and goals. Every time you meet with your coach you will know you’re moving forward and focusing on your specific needs. Train for 60 minute or 30 minute sessions.
